Generating VAT Compliant Invoices in UAE
We developed this tool based on several inquiries we got from trans-national organizations who use one global ERP. The global ERP generates Invoices integrated with its Inventory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations. But the ERP generated format does not meet the columnar detail requirements of UAE VAT invoices.
This Excel Macro based tool provides the following solutions:
1. Customized Invoice Format: The columns containing “VALUE” information, their Sub Totals, and Totals formats need to meet the VAT laws of UAE. The organizations have their standards for “Bill To,” “Deliver To,” “Payment Terms,” etc. Our solution meets both these requirements. It meets Company standards as well as complies with UAE VAT law.
2. Compliant with UAE VAT Laws: UAE VAT Law clearly defines how VAT is to be calculated and displayed in the invoice. Our solution meets all such definitions.
3. Flexible Generation Options: Generates invoices by invoice number or for selected customers.
4. Automated PDF Creation: Converts invoice files to PDF format automatically.
5. PDF Security: The solution has the facility to password protect the PDF invoice based on parameter combination required by the customer.
6. Folder Organization: Saves invoices to designated system folders. You do not have to manually move the PDFs for filing purposes.
7. Comprehensive Log: Maintains detailed log of all generated invoices.
8. Seamless Integration: Integrates smoothly with existing systems. It uses the invoicing data from your current ERP data as input. You do not have to type the data manually. Similarly, it can export a CSV for importing to any ERP.
